Burttschell Rescue Ranch Saving dogs horses and kids through the power of rescue . About BRR Burttschell Rescue Ranch is a 501c3 horse and dog rescue located in Sealy TX. We take in homeless dogs and teach basic obedience take care of any medical issues and learn all about them and their personalities. Once we know them better we find them good homes.
