We are a dynamic community orchestra based in Palo Alto, CA. The Palo Alto Philharmonic Association (PAPA) exists to promote and enhance appreciation of orchestral andchamber music for audiences of all ages, and to provide musicians in the Bay Area with the opportunity to perform anddevelop their talents through the presentation of innovative, high quality concerts.
