We need some assistance. This week a momma raccoon and her babies decided Transitions was going to be their new home. So, mamma tore a hole in our roof and mamma and kids moved right in. I learned something new from this situation and that is one needs to be licensed by the DNC to trap wild animals in Des Moines County. We found River Bottom Rescue to come evaluate the situation and set live traps. Good news, mamma was caught last night but the kiddies are still running around, but we figure they will be caught soon. Good this is that all the animals will be released safely. The assistance needed other than the removal is we did not budget for the cost. The trapping is costing us $450.00. If anyone of our friends have a few extra dollars they can send us we would be very grateful. Thank you. (fb)
