THIS OCCURS THROUGH (A) SUPPORTING GROWTH AND COMPETITIVENESS OF US MANUFACTURING,(B) SUPPORTING COLLABORATION AND BEST PRACTICE SHARING ACROSS THE MANUFACTURING USA INSTITUTES, (C) ENABLING INNOVATION IN TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND (D) DEVELOPING ROBUST, PERSISTENT SUPPORT FOR MANUFACTURING USA INSTITUTES.
