Free Kalmykia Foundation
The Free Kalmykia Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to providing means and resources for the sustained development of the Kalmyk people. It is conceived as an organization that will allow the Kalmyk community as a whole to self-organize, self-govern, and manage funds to plan its activities to strengthen the current and nurture future generations. The Free Kalmykia Foundation was established with the aim of addressing the needs and challenges faced by the Kalmyk community in the United States. The foundation recognizes that the Kalmyk community faces numerous social and economic challenges, including language barriers, limited access to education and job opportunities, and cultural isolation.
