ITS PURPOSE IS TO PLAN, DEVELOP AND OPERATE A COST EFFECTIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN AREAS OF EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY LIVING. ACHIEVEMENTS AND THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH IT OPERATES STRIVE TO CREATE A GOOD QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL OF ITS RESIDENTS BY ENCOURAGING THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF INDEPENDENCE IN LIFE POSSIBLE, WHILE BEING PROVIDED WITH CHOICES FOR DOING SO.
