HEC'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE CULTURALLY COMPETENT HEALTHCARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY TO PAY, DIRECTED TOWARDS ACHIEVING HEALTH INITIATIVES THAT REDUCE HEALTH DISPARITIES IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
