RCQMA – Where Kids Go To Race! Welcome to River City Quarter Midgets where KIDSGotoRace. River City Quarter MidgetAssociation RCQMAis a nonprofit organization sanctioned by NASCAR and United States Auto Club USACwith drivers of all skill levels ranging between the ages 5 to 16. Nationwide there are currently 52 quarter midget clubs withinthe USAC. 25 midget organization with morebeing added all the time.
