503 6890969 Second Chance Ranch Mustangs and Rescues About Us Our Staff Volunteers Our Staff Volunteers Our Staff Volunteers SCR is primarily funded and maintained by owners Carrie and Geoff Winkler. They have been so invested in the ranch doing everything from rehabbing animals to cleaning stalls every day. Lydia Dedera has been a part of SCR since its oneyear anniversary. She adores the ranch and is looking forward to training and homing lots of horses especially mustangs in the years to come.
