Youth Justice Alliance Youth Justice Alliance The Youth Justice Alliance is dedicated to providing access to legal knowledge legal careers and legal support to historically excluded individuals and communities. Powered by By investing earlier in aspiring firstgeneration lawyers from underrepresented populations and Title1 high schools we democratize the law by redistributing legal knowledge and legal power while working toward a legal profession with the language skills and cultural competencies to serve all Americans. YJA invests the time and resources needed to foster the development of confident passionate wellrounded lawyers. These are the precise type of lawyers Scott Douglass McConnico seeks to hire.
