We are a traditional martial arts dojo teaching and practicing the Japanese martial of kendo. Kendo translates as "The Way of the Sword".
Everyone is welcome regardless of age and skill level. Colorado Springs Kendo Kai strives to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and character development through respect, discipline, and training in the traditional Japanese martial art of Kendo.
