National Special Victims supports victims rejected before National Special Victims NSV is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides resources and support to victims of crime who may not otherwise receive services. All donations are recognized by the IRS as generally taxdeductible. We focus on these types of victims Special Victims saved my life. There are a few reasons why someone might not be able to enter a traditional emergency shelter.
