We accept most major insurances and offer an income-based sliding fee scale. TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY, PATIENT-CENTERED HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO SATISFY THE PRIMARY CARE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS, AND TO ASSURE ACCESS TO CARE FOR ALL.
