(EFF) IS ENGAGED IN THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF MAINTAINING FIELDS AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR YOUTH SPORTING LEAGUES, YOUTH INSTRUCTION, AND CYCLING AS A MEANS TO PROMOTE YOUTH INSTRUCTION IN SPORTS FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES AND GENERAL COMMUNITY BENEFIT.

Encino Franklin Fields Encino Franklin Fields Encino Franklin Fields About Us Who We Are EFF is a nonprofit corporation that leases a 28acre parcel of land from the Army Corps of Engineers. Our organization is dedicated to providing affordable access to field space for all levels of youth sports in the San Fernando Valley. EFF has 15 baseball and softball fields as well as a velodrome and a 20000 squarefoot space for a softballbaseball training facility. For a video tour of our facility click here.
