Its purposes are to encourage study knowledge and interest in the Ukrainian language and culture and to be a service organization to the community in the areas of immigration social health legal and senior assistance andor referral. The UACC considers itself and is intended to be qualified as a taxexempt nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of New York and the Internal Revenue Service Laws of the United States.
