Our Mission at BYLT INC. is to help transform the lives of people in our communities through health, fitness and nutrition. We are committed to inspiring, educating and empowering low income communities to live healthier lives through educating and showing them how to implement different measures on how to become and stay healthy. Through health and wellness education, physical training and mindful coaching, our organization will provide a valuable resource for the at risk and low income communities to positively transform their minds, bodies and souls. We promote healthy eating in schools, health and wellness education in poverty stricken communities and physical activity for all individuals.
