The mission of Hold Strong is to create a community of current and former law enforcement officers suffering from the effects of PTSD and suicide within out blue line family. We provide educational, recreational, and mental health support activities. The mission of ‘Hold Strong’ is to create a community of current and former law enforcement officers suffering from the effects of PTSD and suicide within our blue line families. We provide vocational, educational, recreational, and mental health support activities in a safe and productive environment. ‘Hold Strong’ provides a space for members to work, play and relate together, while receiving support to hold strong in the face of the PTSD and survivor guilt storms that so often plague our law enforcement community. We will hold strong for law enforcement officers, their families, and their friends when they need it the most.

We help members to express their struggles in a space that is safe productive and therapeutic. This space is for all people affected by PTSD and suicide including friends family current and former first responder all are welcome. We work to educate current and former first responders about the symptoms and effects of PTSD and how to recognize and process those symptoms and ask for help.
