Youth Services for Homeless & At-Risk Youth in Lane County Building Lives of Hope and Purpose HELPING THE ATRISK AND HOMELESS YOUTH OF LANE COUNTY AGES 1624 TO BUILD LIVES OF HOPE AND PURPOSE. At Hosea Youth Services HYS we are striving to break the ugly cycle of trauma despair pain addiction and homelessness. The large majority of the young people we serve havent chosen this lifestyle they were placed into it. They overwhelmingly were born into family situations that were filled with abuse abandonment poverty addictions and trauma.
