THE TRUE PROFESSIONAL A Professional Development Program for Direct Support Professionals The True Professional The True Professional provides professional development and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals DSPs to elevate the quality of services they provide by instilling a professional personcentered approach to their critical roles. The program provides handson workshops supplemental learning bursts and postworkshop review and feedback with a focus on philosophy approach communication teamwork and practical skillbuilding. Our multidisciplinary team is comprised of experts from diverse professional backgrounds with a shared focus on instilling a philosophy of professionalism within the residential services industry. The True Professional team is uniquely qualified to provide purposeful targeted professional development to DSPs that is not typically addressed by other programs.
