The Desert Tortoise Council is a non-profit organization comprised of individuals who are concerned with conservation of desert tortoises and their habitats. For almost 50 years, the Desert Tortoise Council has promoted the conservation of Desert Tortoises in the deserts of the southwestern United States and Mexico. ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM - AN EVENT TO GIVE SCIENTISTS AND EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF DESERT TORTOISE AND REPTILE RESEARCH AN OPEN FORUM TO PRESENT FINDINGS.
