Our Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Instructors teach over 250 techniques in a group format. We also have Licensed Positive Psychology Interventionalists who meet with clients by referral for individual sessions towards Positive flourishing. Our Mission at The Center for Mindfulness & Meditation is too promote post traumatic growth with evidence based positive psychology interventions and over 250 various techniques of Mindfulness & Meditation to a economically challenged trauma sensitive community.
