TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE/TRAUMA SYSTEM PLAN, AND TO FACILITATE TRAUMA SYSTEM NETWORKING. TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUUM OF QUALITY HEALTHCARE FOR ALL VICTIMS OF TRAUMA WITHIN THE TRAUMA SERVICE AREA H REGIONAL ADVISORY COUNCIL RESPONSE BOUNDARIES WITHOUT REGARD TO AGE, SEX, ETHNIC ORIGIN, DISABILITY, RELIGION, OR ABILITY TO PAY.

Home Home Welcome to the Deep East Texas Regional Advisory Council The primary function of the Deep East Texas Regional Advisory Council is to provide stakeholder support through planning facilitation operations and the provision of technical assistance to the region for Preparedness Trauma Injury Prevention Stroke Cardiac and Pediatric services. DETRAC prepares our region for manmade or natural emergencies disasters and mass casualty events. Likewise our Trauma Stroke Cardiac and Pediatric commitees work to establish standards of care and protocols for considerationadoption by area hospitals EMS agencies and other providers. As an organization we foster collaboration to educate our communities and collectively deliver appropriate and compassionate care with trained providers.
