The BLiT organization serves as a guiding beacon, offering comprehensive support to propel individuals toward thriving careers in the dynamic world of information technology. BLiT Memphis is focused o being a conduit for technologists of color, creating skills-building workshops, connecting entreprenuers to loans, capital, ad mentors and helping Black and Latino tech workers connect with corporated employers, this, meeting our mission of creating a Black and Hispanic Tech ecosystem.
