Hospice Educators Affirming Life Project
Our primary mission is developing and delivering end-of-life (EOL) caregiver education resources to families and their communities, intentional communities, nursing homes and hospice & palliative care volunteer programs. We utilize a variety of social media platforms in addition to our websites to engage those who could utilize our services. Our primary objectives are: • Increasing public dialogue about EOL issues through unique education initiatives • Advancing caregiving volunteerism in EOL care through better education programs • Better preparing institutional and family caregivers to provide EOL care • Improving volunteer and caregiving programs through technological advances • Encouraging more community participation in EOL care through our Compassionate Neighbors program
