Public Safety Services Our Mission The mission of the JCTF is to provide emergency and supplemental communications both voice and data cyberattack mitigation OSINTHUMINT intelligence services and other services to qualified entities related to federal agencies or to other local regional state agencies or certain NGOs on an asneeded basis. The JCTF supplements the activities of those entities in public safetyrelated duties. Additionally The JCTF can provide consultative services as a support entity as required. Agency Affiliations The JCTF provides emergency and nonemergency communications services OSINTHUMINT intelligence services as well as performing other public safetyrelated duties such as consultation services.
