We’re always working on new ideas to better support our patients and members – and now, that dedication is getting noticed. We’re honored to receive the 2025 Innovators Award from Modern Healthcare! This award celebrates people and organizations that are making real improvements in health care – helping patients get better care, delivering meaningful results, and supporting overall health and well-being. The innovations we were recognized for include our Mental Health Rapid Access Model, a new approach to getting patients easier access to mental health care by providing a short-term intervention option with same-day or next-day appointments. Since the program began in 2022, our team (pictured) has helped more than 9,000 patients get the care they need. We recently expanded the model to provide mental health rapid access support for kids and teens.
