Franklin High School Educational Foundation The Franklin High School Educational Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides Franklins graduating seniors with financial awards to help them meet their higher educational goals. Our award recipients are highachieving students who have excelled in academics and have proven themselves to be outstanding citizens both at Franklin High School and within the Highland Park community. While these students are wellqualified to attend prestigious universities their families have financial limitations that might deny these students a chance to pursue higher education. That is where our Foundation steps in.
