Through education, support and advocacy we strive to affect positive changes in the mental health system, and increase the public and professional understanding of mental illnesses.

NAMI Minnesota offers many support groups for families and persons with mental illnesses free of charge. The class was a lifeline to me. It gave me hope and empathy.
