Weinland Park: A Neighborhood of the University, Short North & New Indianola Historic Districts Weinland Park Community Civic Association: We connect, inform, and advocate for Weinland Park. The mission and purpose of the Weinland Park Community Civic Association is to proactively engage all community stakeholders in working together to improve the quality of life in the Weinland Park neighborhood and to advocate on behalf of all stakeholders in the Weinland Park neighborhood, including area residents, property owners, business owners and their employees, community and faith-based organization and their constituencies to external entities such as federal, state and local government, private corporations, educational institutions, and other community organizations whose business and operations will have an impact on the Weinland Park neighborhood.
