Background Leadership Academy Building our next generation of leaders Hi Im Jake Miller and I help young men learn how to lead themselves and others Background Leadership Academy is a mens discipleship program that teaches young men the skills to become better at life and more effective as men. After that foundation is laid we instill in these men the lost lessons of practical leadership that so few know today so that they can make a difference and can inspire others to do the same. Here at BLA we define leadership asknowing what is right and doing what is right despite all odds or opposition and inspiring others to do the same.
