Hands & Voices is a parent-driven organization dedicated to providing non-biased support and info to parents with deaf and hard of hearing children. What works for your child is what makes the choice right. Guide By Your Side program maintained through an agreement with Early Hearing Detection & Intervention organization which assist families in identifying hearing loss in baby, diagnosing that hearing loss and then signing up the family for resources to assist child with chosen mode of communication
