We are a Special Improvement District within the downtown area. We serve the downtown as a liaison with government offices, other merchants and the media. PROMOTION AND BETTERMENT OF DOWNTOWN BOWLING GREEN AREA BY DRAWING VISITORS TO DOWNTOWN THROUGH SPECIAL EVENTS LIKE HOLLY DAYS CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING AND THE ART WALK. PROMOTE SHOPPING AT DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES BY ADMINISTERING THE DOWNTOWN DOLLARS PROGRAM. THESE GIFT CERTIFICATES WERE SOLD AND REDEEMED AT ALL 2OO BUSINESSES IN BOWLING GREEN.
