Roxie's Fund was founded in 2000 with its' purpose to help find as many responsible homes as possible for the homeless and abused dogs throughout the US. Roxie's Fund is an all volunteer Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to the placement of homeless dogs and to promote responsible pet ownership through our education and outreach programs as well as our low cost Spay/Neuter Program. Our mission is to one day end needless euthanasia and to ensure every dog a happy and loving "forever" home of their own.
