The mission of Frontline Dads Inc. is to build power in marginalized communities to address social justice issues, achieve criminal justice reform, and empower directly impacted people to become leaders so that they can transform their own communities. Our foundational principles are grounded in service, leadership and advocacy. We serve marginalized communities impacted by poverty, crime, violence, unemployment, addiction, racism, and mass incarceration by providing mentoring, leadership development, political education, mutual aid and transformative interventions that facilitates their intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and cultural development.
