The Indianapolis Chapter of Indiana Black Expo, Inc. provides events & programs throughout the year through cultural awareness, education, & entertainment. Our mission is to be an effective voice and vehicle for the social and economic advancement of African-Americans. Our vision is to promote and implement new and existing programs designed to encourage and meet the needs of youth and families in Indy.
