Smiles and Frowns Playhouse theatre for children by children since 1986 Smiles and Frowns Playhouse is a nonprofit organization dedicated to producing live childrens theatre in Pitt County NC. Schoolage participants perform on stage and work behind the scenes. We have introduced this magical artform to several thousand young people since our first show back in 1986 and look forward to many more years of providing quality childrens theatre for the families of eastern North Carolina. Next on Stage Young Wiggins tries to pickpocket a strange old man and instead learns the man was Sherlock Holmes in disguise.
