Work presented at #ACSSpring2022 has an update! Previously, researchers proposed using the sticky natural polymers from cooked okra and fenugreek seeds to clean up water. Now, they’ve improved the process for okra and/or fenugreek extracts, so they attract up to 90% of microplastic pollution in ocean water, freshwater and groundwater. 🌊 Read more: (fb)
