Troop 255 Rochester Hills Michigan Where Character Grows Where Character Grows Troop 255 is a Boy Scout troop in Rochester Hills developing scouts with strong character and leadership skills since 1999. The troop has an active camping and advancement program and is a boy led group. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. We accomplish this by providing a stimulating and supportivescouting program that enhances growth through both intellectual and physical activities.
