We do NOT cover preventative routine care or chronic illness Urgent Care Emergency Care Diagnostic Care Cremation Services Our Story Kelly Harnett founded Hobos Healing Heart in 2014 to honor her onceinalifetime dog Hobo. After experiencing unexpected bills for expensive emergency medical testing and specialized surgery for her own pets Kelly realized there was a lack of assistance for pet owners facing these circumstances.
