Last Chance is a no kill rescue, we save animals from more than 40 high-kill shelters across the region. WE ARE PART OF THE CFC! CFC#69822 We rescue animals from high-kill shelters to help them find permanent homes... We are part of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)! CFC#69822 LCAR, founded in 1999, is a non profit organization dedicated to reducing the number of animals needlessly euthanized in the shelters every year due simply to overpopulation. We promote and provide low cost, high quality spay/neuter of companion animals and provide educational material to retain these animals in the home.
