In 2019 new construction of a fivelevel Performing Arts Center was completed restoring the theatre to its original 1915 footprint which was partially destroyed by fire in 1974. Fortunately the fire did leave the historic auditorium and stage virtually untouched. The Performing Arts Center expansion provides an additional 35000 square feet of event space and includes a ballroom VIP suite rehearsal studio additional dressing rooms meeting rooms cocktail lounge a grand lobby and box office.
