Preventing Juvenile Delinquency The organization was formed to help prevent juvenile delinquency with the inner city youth. Young Lions provide several different positive activities for our youth ages 5-18 to participate in. The Young Lions Youth Organization sole purpose is to be a help to disadvantaged youth in hopes of making a difference in their lives now and in the future.
