GOOD WORK HABITS AND COMMITMENT ARE NECESSARY FOR TOP SUCCES AS AN ELITE PLAYER. GOD GIVEN GIFTS OF ATHLETIC TALENT, SIZE AND SPEED ARE EMPOWERING, BUT THE ATHLETE ALSO NEEDS ELITE TRAINING AND POSITIVE STRUCTURE. PLAYERS WHO HAVE A SINCERE DESIRE AND COMMITMENT TO IMPROVE HAVE FOUND THAT CLUB PARTICIPATION WILL MAXIMIZE THEIR CHANCES OF SUCCESS.
