The Foundation also grants scholarships annually to worthy students based on the vote of the Board of Directors. The Foundation is organized and operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
