Yesterday marked an incredibly special moment in Beagle Freedom Project’s history—our team was finally able to begin welcoming our 55 international, laboratory-surviving beagles HOME! 🐶❤️ BFP’s staff and dedicated volunteers watched as these survivors, some timid, some unsure, and some wagging their tails with excitement, took their first steps of freedom… It didn’t take long for every pup on-site to realize that they were finally, for the first time in their lives, truly free—they quickly began to run and play with joy! ✨ Watching these precious souls start to thrive is why we do what we do at BFP— and we won’t stop until every laboratory cage is empty. ❤️ Team BFP is deeply honored to be part of these survivors’ new chapter.
