The Mathews Maritime Foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to preserving and protecting Mathews County's rich maritime and cultural heritage through research, conservation, documentation and education.

Mathews Maritime Foundation Win this Painting. The Peggy of New Point turns 100 this year and to celebrate we will be raffling off this beautiful painting by John Barber. Tickets can be purchased for 25 each or 5 for 100 and the winner will be drawn at our birthday event on Sept. 202025.
