Rosie's Rescue has a three-fold mission: 1. Find forever homes for abandoned, homeless, or endangered dogs. 2. Educate the public so that animals do not suffer abandonment, neglect, abuse or an unbalanced psychology. 3. Network with the VC Animal Shelter, other rescues, veterinary professionals, trainers, foundations and any other organizations that focus on animal welfare.
