A 501(c)(3) faith-based, nonprofit organization that provides mental and behavioral health services and programs for at-risk youth. CHAPS is a licensed mental health clinic, dedicated to the strength, health, and well-being of those who live in our community. We empower those we serve to achieve ongoing productivity and success within their home, school, work, and in the community utilizing strength based approaches, such as, equine assisted therapy.
