Spring Hill Cemetery Spring Hill Cemetery Association Established 1852 Lynchburgs first rural cemetery was designed to resemble a park or garden by famous landscape architect John Notman. He also designed Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond and Laurel Hill Cemetery in Philadelphia. Spring Hill Cemetery Association has been serving the families of Lynchburg and surrounding areas for more than 150 years. We provide a convenient lovely and peaceful setting to memorialize loved ones.
