The Shepherd's Staff,Inc., founded in 1983 in rural NW Kansas, seeks to give support to the churches and people of the Plains through adult and youth conference facilities, equipping seminars, counseling services and youth work. We seek to be the extension "staff" to rural Pators(Shepherds), expanding christian educational programs that can be offered. We provide the environment and support services for guest group functions so that people old and young can be encouraged in their Christian faith. Our staff members are also involved in outreach programs to men, women and youth. A summer Creative Arts Camp trains children in the Arts to be used in ministry. We are a non denominational, independent, faith based mission agency.
